So I’ve been posting my sections from France based on the wine regions…

… given we’re spending so much time here, really seeing the country and using it as a launch point for other spots de awesome. (That’s French for “awesome spots.”)
I’ve been learning a LOT about wine, life, myself, everything… I like it. No.. I love it.
Mmm wine and delicious personal growth. And I get it, not everyone is into personal growth and that’s cool. But sh*t, seriously, there is so much richness to uncover for yourself when you also dive into yourself while living.
And it’s not like everything is some massive deep-and-meaningful, f*ck no.. I mean, if you know me at all, you know I believe hilarity is the second most important thing in life (second only to love).. I still do, and I don’t think I ever won’t. (Yeah, try to make sense of that sentence, you’re welcome.)
..
Along with my staunch commitment to deliberate ridiculousness, I also can see clear evidence and extreme value in my own personal story from deliberately seeking insight inside while seeking experience outside.
And that’s Lesson #3 from the WMFT:

Dive into yourself while  diving into life. DO BOTH.

..
Most things we decide to “dive into” I’d guess are things we’re excited to take on, do for the first time, or do beyond what we’ve already done. Growth. With that expansion of experience comes expansion of self. If we’re only about the experience and never about the insight, we miss some of the most ecstatic, mind-blowing, literally life-altering personal shifts there are to be had from living those epic external experiences.
..
So yeah, get out there.. do something new.. do something big.. and while you do, look inside and let me know what you find. Guaranteed, no matter what it is, it will be awesome and make way for your even more epic future. And on that note.. the only picture there is to share, is the following:

I literally think this is my favorite photo in life. And I have no clue who this person is. This is also the #1 pic I send my clients. I mean, it's just so appropriate in so many instances! F*ck! (Yes, I'm in a swearing mood today. And they do say that people who swear more are often more trustworthy people. F*ck yeah again.)

I literally think this is my favorite photo in life. And I have no clue who this person even is. My brother sent it to me over 2 years ago and we still f*cking cry laughing every time we send it back and forth to each other. I mean, look at this pic. RIDICULOUS. YES. This is also the #1 pic I send my clients. Totally serious. I mean, it’s just so appropriate in so many instances! F*ck! (Yes, I’m in a swearing mood today. See the next photo….)

Just FYI. So if you're sometimes a swearer like me (not in ALL scenarios, of course, I mean, I can reel that shit in when I choose to).. so if you're a swearer like me, know it actually points to more of your awesomeness. And not that you need to swear to be trustworthy, just if you do, shit.. it's ok. Carolyn and I have always said, "Swearing is a barometer of our happiness." Totally f*cking true. And Brian and I listened to Team America, F*ck Yeah! driving the whole French countryside too. Boom, the blog tie in right there. F*ck yeah.

Just FYI. So if you’re sometimes a swearer like me (not in ALL scenarios, of course, I mean, I can reel that sh*t in when I choose to too).. so if you’re a swearer like me, know it actually points to more of your awesomeness. And not that you need to swear to be awesome, honest, and trustworthy, just if you do, sh*t dawg.. it’s ok. Carolyn and I have always said, “Swearing is a barometer of our happiness.” Totally f*cking true.
