🔥 Question… Would YOU do 75 hard??

First…

🔥 What IS 75 hard?

In short, it is this:
💪🏻 2 45-minute workouts a day, one has to be outside
💪🏻 Follow a diet of your choice, ZERO cheat meals
💪🏻 Drink a gallon of water
💪🏻 Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book, or the Audible equivalent (1 hour)
💪🏻 Take a progress picture (my least favorite part)
💪🏻 No alcohol
I also added a couple other things that I wanted to build habits around… 1) engaging my digital task management organizational system every day given I had totally fallen off the proverbial wagon with this. And 2) listening to two mantra songs to infuse my mind and body with energy and ideas I want to engage every day.

🔥 SO HOW WAS IT?

I’m not gonna lie… it WAS hard. Very hard. So hard, I cried on my last day crossing the proverbial finish line, genuinely amazed and inspired I was able to do it, and the profound self-love I felt at committing and FOLLOWING THROUGH that intensely FOR MYSELF.
The value of this lesson cannot be measured.

🔥 QUESTION: Would YOU do 75 hard??
