What is TRUE for you? What are you NOT expressing?
If you do not have spaces or relationships in which you feel safe to express, this is the first step.
To seek out these spaces and people.
This is equally important in our professional lives as it is in our personal ones.
What we don’t express ultimately is what weighs us down and holds us back in all lanes.
