What IS 75 hard?

For 75 days IN A ROW, you do the following: 

  • Two 45-minute workouts – One has to be outside
  • Follow a diet of your choice with ZERO cheat meals
  • Drink a gallon of water
  • Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book – Or listen to the audible equivalent 1 hour
  • Take a progress picture
  • No alcohol
