So ever since I went to school for life coaching, I’ve been connected with this epic group of coach colleagues.

Upon graduation, we started a “coaching circle” and have been doing it going on 7 years. Essentially what this means is we each coach, and get coached by, someone in the circle. A coaches B, B coaches C, C coaches A. Get it?
So awesome.
This is awesome because for the last 7 years, I have always had a coach. Someone always in my corner caring only about how to best support me and make my happiest big-picture life possible. F*ck yes.
UNDENIABLE positive impact on both my personal and professional growth.
Sometimes some of these coaches take breaks from the circle to do their own thing. Cool. The only time I have ever taken a break was the first couple months of the World Tour. Then of course I realized that was totally dumb, and I never skipped again.
image2It is OFF THE F*CKING CHARTS how much value I personally get from having the space to talk to a trusted professional on the other end, knowing their sole job and intent is to support me and my greatness whether I show up at my lowest or ready to rule the world.
So last week, we got the usual email asking who was in and who was out for this rotation and, because I am a ridiculous human, I responded,

“Oh hell yes. I’m like an awesome barnacle.”

Hahahahaa… its still cracks me up, but of course what that means is, “No way you’re getting rid of me, this sh*t is too awesome.”
And why is that? What is the the insight for all of us?
Stick with what works.
Be an awesome barnacle.
