So we left Cinqueterre and drove to Pisa.

The Leaning Tower, people! Hells yeah, total bucket list piece of culture and history. Was totally neat walking up and seeing it for the first time, not gonna lie. And I couldn’t help but make the Leaning-Tower-of-Pizza joke. I mean, come on, it’s right there.
Classic pic! What's hilarious, is EVERYONE there is standing in these funny positions trying to get their own classic pic holding up the Tower. Totally hilarious, totally worth it. #DOIT

Classic pic! This one is my favorite. What’s hilarious, is EVERYONE there is standing in these funny positions trying to get their own classic pic holding up the Tower. Obviously you must do this.

Other side, pushing that sucker over, CHECK! #gottadoit

Tipping over on the top of the tower. (You seriously do feel the lean up there.. Brian and I each stumbled a few times, no kidding.)

View from the top. Believe it or not, there are other beautiful, historic structures within the Pisa walls too.

Pretty.

Pretty. (Notice the girl doing the position to hold up the Leaning Tower for her own pic. Classic.)

Cool comparison shot.. it's not actually that big, but I admit it really is cool. :)

The bell at the top.

The bell at the top. And we were lucky enough to get there and get to go up right at sunset.

Taking it all in.

Taking it all in from up top.

Dork shot, awessomeized into black and white really showing the lean. Check.

We were in Pisa for literally an hour and a half. We ran in, snapped a bunch of shots, got our tickets to go up to the top, went up to the top, snapped all our pics, went back down, took more of the classic holding-it-up/pushing-it-over pics cause that’s fun, then peaced out Florence-bound. PERF.
Sometimes the best way to do a place is in-out-nobody-gets-hurt.
Pisa. Check.
